LeadNet is a web application and runs within a web browser (no app download required). Prior to the event, you will receive an email that will include your secure logins and passwords and instructions on how to use LeadNet. Typically, the specific attendee information available to you includes first name, last name, title, company, address, phone, fax and email address. However, the attendee information made available to you information can differentiate per event based on event management business rules.
If you're using the LeadNet app, you can send your current lead file at any time during the event, as many times as you wish to any email address that you choose . If you are using the Rover Wireless, upon returning your device back to the CTE Lead Retrieval service desk at the end of the event, you will be given a receipt that will include the email address(s) that your lead file will be sent to and a link to a secure login and password protected webpage where you can download your lead file. Lead files are typically available within 1 to 2 hours after the event has ended.

A LeadNet license is purchased for use at one event. If you wish to use LeadNet for another event where LeadNet is offered, you must purchase another license for that event.
Follow Up Codes are single-selection items used to help you quickly organize and qualify your leads. All Lead Retrieval systems come with 20 Standard Follow-up Codes. Custom Follow Up Codes can be added for an additiona cost. Please visit the Follow-up Codes page for more information.
