The Submission Site is custom-branded for your event and allows potential speakers to submit their demographic information and document(s) to be reviewed. Speakers can save the progress and finish uncompleted submissions at a later time or date.
Administrative Site

Reviewer Site
Reviewers who have accepted the invitation to be a reviewer can login to the Review Site to view and score the speaker submissions that they've been assigned. The review and scoring process is customized based on your business rules.
Scheduler Tool
The Scheduling Tool allows you to assign speakers, A/V and food and beverage to function rooms. Schedule speakers by day and time and avoid overlaps.
Materials Site
Attendees can download and print presentation materials for all sessions prior to and after the event.
